ETFE

ETFE (ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) is a new generation light weight fluorine-based plastic that has a high chemical resistance, and mechanical strength that can last for more than 20 years without becoming brittle or changing in color.

Why choose ETFE over glass or other roofing system? ETFE as the below features which makes it an excellent choice:

PVC

PVC is the most commonly selected material for tensile membrane structures. PVC is chosen for its excellent strength, water proof properties, flexibility, transparency, and durability. It is the most cost-effective and versatile tensile fabric, and meets a large range of color and application

HDPE

HDPE Shade Cloth is typically used when the shade is the primary requirement and waterproof fabric is not necessary. Shade cloth is knitted as opposed to woven like most other fabrics. The fabric is relatively inexpensive and with hues of colors to choose from.

Because to its resistance to chemicals, mildew, rot, and sunlight, HDPE is perfect for shade structures ideal for educational, recreational, and residential constructions.

PTFE

PTFE (Poly tetrafluoro ethylene) coated glass fiber fabric is made of high-performance glass fiber fabric impregnated with PTFE emulsion. It’s designed for varieties of applications in diverse industries where high quality, Weather, Fire, UV and chemical resistance and dimensional stability characteristics.

The unmatched weatherability and chemical resistance of the polytetrafluoroethylene covering are combined with the strength, flexibility, and fire resistance of the fiberglass mesh in the PTFE membrane. Overall, PTFE offers membrane constructions and tensile architecture solutions the most aesthetically pleasing, long-lasting, low-maintenance, translucent alternative. It also lends itself to various custom architectural designs and structural applications.
